Christopher “Toph” Villa
Toph is the founder and CEO of Dream DADU, where he brings over fifteen years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and revitalizing homes, ADUs, and DADUs across the Pacific Northwest. A graduate of UC Davis with a degree in Architecture and Furniture Design, Toph is known for his unmatched attention to detail and design excellence. As a lifelong entrepreneur and speaker on real estate investing and project financing, Toph combines innovative construction techniques with smart, accessible funding strategies. His holistic approach ensures every project is not just beautifully built, but also a sound long-term investment—making him the ideal partner for clients who want to elevate both their property and their future.

Mark Elster
Co-founder and Managing Director of AOME Architects, is a key collaborator with Dream DADU. Educated at the University of Washington and licensed in Washington and Montana, plus a Certificate in Historic Preservation, Mark is also NCARB certified. His work is guided by a deeply personal design philosophy: that a living space should reflect the unique lifestyle, values, and aspirations of its owners. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and collaborative approach, Mark relishes the design journey with clients, balancing big ideas with the nuanced layers that elevate great homes into truly cherished ones.

Joey Osborne
Principal at AOME Architects, and a key collaborator with Dream DADU. Washington-licensed, NCARB-certified architect with a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Andrews University. Joey has focused on making the custom homes and DADUs process both inspiring and approachable, guiding clients through each phase with clarity, collaboration, and care. His design approach begins with understanding how clients live, pairing thoughtful hand-sketching with advanced design tools to bring their vision to life before construction begins. Passionate about innovation, craftsmanship, and teamwork, Joey is dedicated to creating beautifully crafted homes and DADUs that serve families for years to come, drawing ongoing inspiration from the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest and his strong ties to community and family.

Since 1996, Terrance, Managing Partner of Wilson Law Group of WA, has been working with a wide array of land use professionals and regulatory bodies to obtain land use entitlements and permit approvals. This work includes condominiums, unit lot subdivisions, plats, short plats, legal lot status, building permits, code analysis, and coordination with all related consultants and the majority of municipalities and agencies in the greater Puget Sound area.
